Javier's commitment is natural. His work within the figurative art is modern-day because of its execution and the concepts transmitted. In this series, the artist continues working with the charm of tradition, recalling the feeling of the most intimate union between human being and nature, using traditional characters depicted in idyllic atmospheres while being absorbed in their actions, in their instants of life.

Choosing these cultures, the artist emphasizes in how tradition bumps into technological evolution. Combines pieces that evoke ancestral popular culture situations with pieces that, due to this clash between the old and the new, the archaic and the modern, the natural and the artificial, cause doubts about its possible reality, not leaving any indifferent observer. The full series reflects on the phenomenon of globalization and its effects even in places that could be considered safe. Furthermore, in other of its main lines of work, Javier employs nature itself as an instrument to represent the adaptation of animals to an inherited environment result of human activity, destructive so many times, giving his work a compelling counterpoint with intent to open the eyes of the world through the art. Javier is a sensitive artist who invites us to reflect on how living creatures adapt ourselves to new environments leaving behind those who preceded us.
