Adults activities

It is often assumed that promoting reading activities are only for children, but we must not forget that the mediatheques are not due to specific audiences, but must serve the whole community.

For this reason, we launched a special promoting program for adults where we try to accommodate all concerns, which in the field of mediatheques, may arise.

The activities the Alcobendas Mediatheques offer are such as Premio de Narrativa Alcobendas Juan Goytisolo or small local contests such as “Summer fragments”, the microstories contest, reading clubs, film cycles, concerts and literary meetings.
